We are looking for a motivated and experienced Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join our dynamic team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets. Your role will involve building and developing a high-performing team dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals and providing a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team that aligns with our core values and ensures accountability.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Facilitate agile programming tailored to each client's needs while following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
• Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage and engage with members, clients, and guests.
• Retain clients by providing exceptional value, maintaining clean training spaces, and fostering a connected community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members and coaching on appropriate training packages.
• Collaborate with personal trainers to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
