Paradigm Rehab is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals improve their quality of life by providing rehabilitation services.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit PT assessments, providing direct patient care and assessing medical conditions.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
