We are looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist to join Paradigm Rehab and help individuals enhance their quality of life through rehabilitation. Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy license for New York.
• Conduct home visit assessments to evaluate medical conditions and rehabilitation potential.
• Document patient care using EMR (Hello Note).

Physical Therapist Requirements

• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• Valid CPR Certification.
