Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
• Hold an unencumbered PT license for New York.
• Conduct comprehensive home visit assessments for patients.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• Current CPR Certification.
