As a Physical Therapy Specialist, you will have the opportunity to conduct home visit assessments, provide direct patient care, and contribute to the rehabilitation and well-being of our patients.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in New York.
• Ability to conduct assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note is a plus).
• CPR Certification.
