Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate plumbing project activities.
- Supervise and delegate plumbing technicians and helpers.
- Inspect projects to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Interpret plans and contract terms to stakeholders.
- Requisition supplies and materials for projects.
- Ensure safety compliance on job sites.
- Coach, train, and develop technicians.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing construction and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of building and safety codes.
- Ability to interpret plans and contracts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
