Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care as per physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition, report changes, and adapt care plans accordingly.
• Document all nursing activities, assessments, and care coordination accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in updating and implementing nursing care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on disease management and self-care techniques.

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse preferred.
• Active nursing license in good standing with CPR certification.
• Compliance with Aveanna policies, regulations, and Nurse Practice Act.
• Strong infection control measures and OSHA standards adherence.
