Job Description
Aveanna Healthcare is currently seeking dedicated Private Duty Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care to our patients. Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care as per physician orders.
- Continuously assess patient condition, report changes, and adapt care plans accordingly.
- Document all nursing activities, assessments, and care coordination accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in updating and implementing nursing care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on disease management and self-care techniques.
Requirements
- 6 months experience as a practicing nurse preferred.
- Active nursing license in good standing with CPR certification.
- Compliance with Aveanna policies, regulations, and Nurse Practice Act.
- Strong infection control measures and OSHA standards adherence.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
