Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized one-on-one patient care in a home environment.
• Follow physicians' prescribed plans of care and maintain accurate documentation.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as directed.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care services.
• Provide health education and support to family members.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the respective state.
• Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
