Requirements

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification (hands-on BLS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care following physician orders.
• Continuously assess and report patient condition changes.
• Document care activities and responses accurately and in a timely manner.
• Implement and update nursing care plans.
• Take necessary nursing actions based on assessments.
• Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and disease prevention.
• Maintain infection control measures as per OSHA standards.
• Stay current with nursing competencies through education and skill evaluations.
