Job Description

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Nurse RNs to join Aveanna Healthcare in Wexford and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to supervisors or physicians.
• Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in care planning and ensure expected outcomes are met.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient needs to prevent risk.
• Comply with Aveanna policies, regulations, and standards at all times.
• Provide patient education on self-care, disease management, and prevention.
• Continuously improve nursing skills and knowledge through education and training.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available).
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (Hands-on BLS).
