Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized medical care to patients, including administering medications and treatments.
- Coordinate with families and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Build positive and supportive relationships with patients and their families.
- Participate in a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- Valid DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation in our Camden office and field training.
- Prior experience in home health or Long Term Care is beneficial.
- Preference for candidates with tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
