Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. In this role, you will provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes, offering a wide range of medical services including administering medications, tracheostomy maintenance, ventilator support, and more.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and families.
- Attend a mandatory orientation and training sessions.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Experience in home health or Long Term Care is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates with tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
