We are looking for a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. Your role will involve operating the simulation machine, ensuring accurate dose calculations, localizing treatment fields, scheduling patients, and maintaining effective communication with medical professionals. Providing exceptional customer service to patients is a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency with the simulation machine and all equipment.
• Perform dose calculations accurately.
• Ensure precise localization of treatment fields.
• Assist in patient scheduling as required.
• Communicate effectively with radiation oncologists and physicians.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical degree.
• ARRT Certification or eligibility with registration within 60 days of hire.
• Active BLS certification.
• Preferred: One year of related experience.
