Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly across multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a specific geographic area. As a Regional Float LPN, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and enhancing patient/family satisfaction. Your duties will include nursing assessments, care planning, direct patient care, and supervising unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing licensure.
• Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Proficiency in English language for patient safety.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
