Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, coordinating patient care, and ensuring adherence to care plans and physician orders. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to quality patient care.

Pay Rate

$27-32/hr

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care.
• Continuously assess patient condition and report changes.
• Document all care activities and assessments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develop and update nursing care plans.
• Implement appropriate nursing actions based on assessments.
• Ensure infection control measures are followed.
• Educate patients and families on self-care and disease prevention.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferences

• 6 months of recent clinical experience.
• Home health experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have visual, hearing, smell, and touch acuity.
• Capable of responding to emergency situations.
