Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and physician orders. Your role involves continuous patient observation, documentation, care coordination, and adherence to professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care following physician orders.
- Observe and assess patient condition, report changes, and implement appropriate care.
- Document all activities, assessments, and care coordination accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update and execute nursing care plans based on assessments and expected outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes, self-care, and preventive strategies.
- Maintain compliance with Aveanna policies, state regulations, and professional standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
- Proficient in clinical assessments, documentation, and nursing care compliance.
- Specific state requirements based on location.
Preferences
- Previous clinical care experience.
- Home health experience.
