Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will be responsible for managing patient care by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. You will also direct and guide the delivery of nursing care, patient education, and all related activities while upholding professional nursing standards and collaborating with other disciplines as needed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
  • Completion of Cardiac Rhythm Course within nine (9) months.
  • Completion and maintenance of Oncology Nurses Society (ONS) course/Chemotherapy Biotherapy Administration within 1 year of hire or transfer to unit.
