Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in line with care plans and physician directives. Your tasks will include delivering quality patient care, assessing patient conditions, updating care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Pay Rate
$27-$32 per hour
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate and provide quality patient care as per physician orders.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as needed.
- Document all care activities, assessments, and responses promptly.
- Develop and update nursing care plans based on assessments.
- Take appropriate nursing actions and achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure infection control measures are followed.
- Educate patients and families on self-care and disease prevention.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Preferences
- Recent experience in clinical care.
- Home health experience.
