Exeter Center, a reputable healthcare facility in Exeter, NH, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and develop comprehensive care plans in coordination with the healthcare team and patients/families.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Delegate patient care tasks, supervise staff, and ensure the implementation of interventions.
• Communicate patient information effectively within the team and across shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred one to three years of RN experience in a similar healthcare setting.
