Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. As a key member in ambulatory primary care, you will be responsible for telephone triage, managing patient calls, assessing medical urgency, coordinating staff/provider responses, and ensuring timely care. Your critical thinking skills will play a vital role in determining the best course of action for patient care and making a positive impact on our patients and healthcare team.

Requirements
