As an RN, you will be responsible for performing nursing assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, administering medications, and supervising patient care.

Position Highlights

• Develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team, patients, and families.
• Establish measurable short and long-term patient goals to minimize rehospitalizations.
• Delegate and supervise patient care responsibilities.
• Ensure effective communication of patient information.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school with current State Board of Nursing license.
• CPR Certification.
• Preferred one to three years of RN experience.
• Universal COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
