Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our dynamic team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As a Full-Time RN, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement goal-oriented care plans while considering available resources.
• Ensure proficiency in IV functions and treatment.
• Participate in patient discharge planning.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years of start date.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
• Prior Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
