Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specialized in Home Care to join our team at ChristianaCare. As part of our HomeHealth division, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and perform IV functions.
- Develop discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
