Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our dynamic team at ChristianaCare. As a Full Time RN in our HomeHealth department, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing patient-centered care plans and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop and implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
• Ensure IV proficiency and administer IV treatments.
• Assist in discharge planning for patients.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
• Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
• IV proficient or willingness to train and perform IV functions.
