Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Resident - $30+ per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. In this role, you will provide outstanding care to patients in collaboration with our Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team during Day shifts from 7am - 7pm. You will be responsible for basic patient care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal patient care tasks such as mouth care, bathing, and assisting with patient ambulation.
• Assist with patient safety measures including adherence to protocols and reporting incidents.
• Conduct and document basic diagnostic tests and treatments under supervision.
• Adhere to specific guidelines and policies related to nursing education programs and patient care.

Requirements

• Must be a new graduate or eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Ability to perform basic patient care tasks and treatments.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
