Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Quakertown Center. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care and achieving positive clinical outcomes while promoting patient, family, and employee satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Report directly to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, guide, and oversee clinical operations on assigned shifts to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Implement care delivery models and processes effectively.
• Collaborate with the nursing director to maintain adequate staffing levels for safe patient care.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Minimum of two years in long-term care nursing with supervisory experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
