Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Arby’s. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, team management, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of managers and crew members to ensure successful restaurant operations in People, Profitability, and Operations areas.
  • Demonstrate high-level leadership and provide exceptional customer service while upholding company policies and procedures.
  • Execute human resource functions including staffing, training, and supervising employees in compliance with company HR policies and applicable laws.
  • Address customer complaints promptly, work with vendors professionally, and collaborate with the District Manager to maintain company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience, 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • State-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
