Retail Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized store and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to cash policies, uphold security measures, and follow company procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
