Retail Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register
• Ability to operate store equipment safely
• Strong communication skills
• Capable of working independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
