Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at Aldi as Retail Stockers. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance of our store and ensuring products are readily available to our customers. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain inventory
• Follow merchandising guidelines for product displays
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist in general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Effective communication skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior retail experience is a plus
