Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock products, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
