Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaboration with the ALDI team and providing top-notch customer service are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Capable of meeting company standards for cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
