Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients. This position will provide strategic leadership in designing, overseeing, analyzing, and reporting pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology. The role involves managing clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics to support drug development from discovery through registration and post-marketing phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making.
• Manage conflicting priorities and seek creative solutions.
• Hire, develop, and mentor key talents within the pharmacometrics team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain high scientific standards.
• Represent Jazz in interactions with regulatory agencies and contribute to in-licensing evaluations.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Expertise in quantitative analyses, regulatory requirements, and team management.
• Proven track record of successful drug development contributions and interactions with regulatory agencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in oncology is preferred.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $220,000-$330,000, with additional annual cash bonuses, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401k retirement plan.
