Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support the Sleep Business Unit within our US Business Operations and Analytics department. Your key responsibilities will include field target planning, field process optimization, field analytics and performance measurement, and implementing field force data and technology solutions. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple deliverables, handling shifting priorities, and demonstrating strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Essential Functions
- Lead the Sleep team's field strategies, customer targeting activities, and insights dissemination to key stakeholders.
- Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools to evaluate field force productivity.
- Manage sub-national sales force reporting and analysis through centralized data platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Analytics to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to drive enhancements in business analytics and information management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources like IQVIA and Symphony.
- Strong business and technology acumen, familiarity with tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and derive insights from large datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with additional experience in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM as a plus.
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales analytics, operations, or business consulting, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
