Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Neurology Account Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing partnerships, executing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the neurology field. Your primary focus will be to contribute to the successful launch and growth of our products while maintaining a culture of compliance and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute local market sales launch plan to drive product growth.
- Develop and implement key sales enablers in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and epilepsy centers.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive products, and healthcare landscape.
- Analyze data and leverage insights for strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in successful product launches.
- Strong account management and business acumen skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel up to 40% for business needs.
