Specialty Sales Consultant (Kansas City East)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Sales Consultant for the Kansas City East area. As part of our commercial team specializing in Neuroscience, you will promote our products, educate healthcare professionals, and foster business relationships to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on Jazz Pharmaceuticals products and approved indications.
• Achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators.
• Organize meetings to exchange medical and product information.
• Analyze and understand the prescription and decision processes in the designated territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet physician and patient needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Specialist sales experience preferred (e.g., neurologists, pulmonologists).
• Strong knowledge of CNS therapeutic sales and REMS/hub experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Licenses

• Four-year college degree required; post-graduate business training preferred.

Physical Demands

• Frequent travel within the territory and to company meetings.
• Operation of office equipment during sales calls.

Work Environment

• Interactions with external contacts, both live and virtual.
• Potential work outside of standard hours to meet business demands.
