Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sterile Processing Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As an essential member of the Surgery (OR) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of surgical instruments and patient care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and actively participate in quality improvement projects.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sterilization processes and report any issues to leadership.
• Participate in receiving and reprocessing loaner and consignment sets.
• May serve as a preceptor to new staff or provide training to OR team members entering Sterile Processing.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred certifications: CRCST, CSPDT, or CST.
