Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sterile Processing Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a Surgery (OR) Sterile Supply Processing Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sterility of surgical instruments and patient care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Ensure accurate documentation of the sterilization process.
• Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and report any abnormalities to leadership.
• Assist in receiving and reprocessing activities for loaner and consignment sets.
• May act as a preceptor to new staff or provide cross-training to OR staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Preferred certifications: CRCST, CSPDT, or CST.
