Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and play a crucial role in enhancing the ALDI customer shopping experience. As a cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and assist with maintaining a clean and organized store. As a stocker, you will ensure shelves are properly stocked, create attractive displays, and operate machinery safely. This position offers variety and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide exceptional customer service, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities: Stock shelves, rotate products, create merchandised displays, organize inventory, and operate machinery following safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in a team.
- Effective time management skills and knowledge of retail products.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus. Training will be provided to ensure proficiency in cashier and stocker duties.
