Stocking Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Stocking Associate to enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience as part of our collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating registers or machinery, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. Each day brings a new challenge and opportunity to contribute.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and create attractive displays.
• Follow merchandising guidelines and operate machinery safely.
• Assist in organizing new inventory and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company policies.
• Effective communication skills and time management.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in retail is a plus.
