Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Associate responsible for merchandising, product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members, you will elevate the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently apply the ALDI Acts Competencies and demonstrate professionalism in all tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with the team, and provide feedback to store management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Proficiency in operating equipment and general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
