Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Store Management Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of operational management in preparation for leading your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and developing operational strategies while fostering team growth and development.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $28.00 per hour
• Estimated Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $100,000 (inclusive of salary and bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns effectively and maintain store standards.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and store signage.
• Participate in the hiring and development of store personnel.
• Ensure store payroll and budgets are met.
• Oversee product merchandising and inventory management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting company policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience desirable.
