Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Store Management Trainee at Aldi. This role involves comprehensive training to prepare you for managing store operations efficiently. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies while fostering team development.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
- Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $102,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

- Supervise team operations to deliver top-notch customer service.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Experience in interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior retail management experience preferred.
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
