Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a trainee, you will gain comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff schedules, and developing operational strategies. You will also mentor and develop the team to achieve store goals.

Requirements
