Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join Aldi, where you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management. As a Trainee, you will be involved in supervising daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store appearance and product quality standards.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with retail operations and management principles.
• Prior retail experience with management exposure preferred.
• Flexibility to travel to various locations for training.
