Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Store Management Trainee at Aldi. As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career in running your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and mentoring the team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Communicate company values and foster teamwork among employees.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and operational plans.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure resolution.
- Maintain store signage and product quality.
- Participate in hiring and training store personnel.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; prior management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
- Ability to lead, coach, and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting, personnel management, and retail operations.
- Flexibility to travel as required during training.
