Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
