Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counting and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
