We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store's neatness

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
