Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour, with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
